In the spring of 2007 Olson Wills Landscaping, Inc. expanded further into the design-build construction industry and began Olson Pools, LLC. Our newest venture specializes in in-ground vinyl lined steel swimming pools. We have incorporated swimming pools into our designs for years, making Olson Pools a natural extension of our experiences in the industry. We are now able to offer a complete package that incorporates all aspects of the design-build process from concept to completion. The Pool Process
Our staff will first discuss your individual wants and needs as well as any unique site requirements. We will address: budget, drainage, elevations, soils, pool size and shape, cover options, deck options, maintenance, liner, heating, filtration, accessories (slide, diving board, lighting), permits, fencing requirements, and installation. Olson Pools is dedicated to guiding you through all the steps to a successful project.

After the initial interview our designers will compile the information and create a functional landscape design solution, as well as an itemized proposal. Presentation of the initial design generally leads to minor revisions that are then incorporated into the plans and proposal. Scheduling and final contract decisions can then proceed.

Installation of your new pool will typically begin with excavation and required land shaping. Olson Pools will coordinate with all required trades (electrical, plumbing, concrete, fencing) throughout the installation process and at the appropriate times. Steel pool walls, cement application and liner placement will take place in conjunction with the installation of required pool equipment. Once the pool structure is completed and filled with water the pool deck (patio) and accessory installation can take place. Finally surrounding plants, planting beds and lawn installation will proceed and the fun can begin!
